PRASANTH CHILUKURI – Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Prasanth is a lifelong builder and obsessive problem solver. After spending his early career designing user experiences and architecting technology products, he founded a B2B SaaS company that scaled to unicorn status — growing rapidly with capital efficiency and a crystal-clear product vision. The company raised its Series A in 2021 and continues to expand with a national footprint.

At Soul Street, Prasanth leads the firm’s venture strategy through Soul Street Ventures, with a particular focus on product-led businesses, founder psychology, and go-to-market strategy. His gift is clarity — helping teams see what matters, what doesn’t, and where to go next.

Outside of work, Prasanth is a devoted girl dad, Porsche enthusiast, and believer in building quietly and with integrity.

SCOTT ADAMS – Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Scott is a rare mix of Wall Street rigor and Main Street hustle, but a hundred percent entrepreneur.  After college Scott ran his own company for two years before moving on to enhance his skills.  Post business school he spent seven years in high yield and distressed credit at a major investment bank in New York before shifting into investing and operational roles. During that time he managed major investments and ran several companies before he built and exited a successful industrial technology company. His experience spans public markets, private capital, and hands-on operating leadership — and it shows in the way he approaches every deal.

At Soul Street, Scott leads the firm’s private equity strategy through Soul Street Group, where he focuses on acquiring small, cash-flowing businesses with long-term potential. A deep believer in alignment, Scott prefers to get in the trenches with owners, scale with intention, and hold great companies indefinitely — not flip them for sport. 

What he brings:

Outside the office, Scott is married and a proud father of three girls, a builder at heart, and a firm believer that how you invest matters as much as where you invest.
